As the old saying goes, the best way to a man’s Heart Is With Food! Well, Being at Diamond Knot Craft Brewery, We Have Plenty Of Options to make Dad’s heart (and belly) happy! Get the celebrations started with one of our awesome Appetizers like our Steak & Stout Chili Cheese Fries (our signature Steak & Stout Chili with homemade Brown Ale cheese sauce, sharp cheddar, green onions and your choice of seasoned fries, tots or sweet potato fries) or our DK Original Jalapeno Knot Sticks (herbed tortillas filled with bacon, IPA pickled jalapenos & cream cheese get rolled, fried & served with sriracha aioli).

Move on to the main course with one of our tasty Pizzas like the Chicken Bacon Pizza with our house-made ranch, apricot Porter BBQ sauce, chicken breast, hardwood smoked bacon, roasted garlic, tomatoes, sharp cheddar, mozzarella & green onions. Or let Dad enjoy a Creamy Chicken Pesto Pizza with creamy basil pesto, chicken breast, sun dried tomatoes, Porter onions, portabella mushrooms, mozzarella, balsamic glaze and shaved parmesan.
