Mark Your Calendars: 4 Course DK Beer Dinner September 20

Reschedule anything you may have on the books for Thursday, September 20. We’re hosting an event you won’t want to miss, our Diamond Knot Beer Dinner! Priced at just $55 per person, the four-course meal we’re cookin’ up is top notch. Each course is perfectly paired with a DK brew.

Appetizer

Mini crab cakes kick off the Diamond Knot Beer Dinner strongly. Our blonde ale is lightbodied with a clean finish that’ll appropriately set you up for the next course. With a bright, floral aroma, the blonde ale is the perfect brew to start with.  

First Course

Next up is a strawberry and toasted almond salad paired with something quite a bit darker than our blonde ale, our DK brown ale. Using only the freshest strawberries, the toasted almonds add texture while the slight sweetness of our brown ale complements the fresh strawberries.

Entrée Course

It won’t be easy to choose between your three entrée course options. Choose between filet and shrimp, stuffed chicken, or barbecued shrimp. Don’t sweat, you really can’t go wrong here. Each selection is paired with our iconic DK IPA, a perfectly balanced creation with hints of pine and grapefruit.

Dessert

The DK Beer Dinner ends on a sweet note with Haagen Daas coffee ice cream. Naturally, our DK Island Stout serves as the perfect pairing to close the dinner out strong.
