Pencil In Cask Night @ The Brewpub

It’s no secret that we’ve been known to throw some pretty unique and downright fun events at Diamond Knot Brewing. With a team this cool and brews this good, it’d be hard not to! With February coming to a close, our next Cask Night is just around the corner.
 

Block Out Every First Wednesday

Swing into St. Patrick’s Day a touch early and pencil us in for Wednesday, March 7 from 3-10 p.m. That’s right, Cask Night spans a whopping seven hours to accommodate our early birds and our night owls. Can’t make it this time? Don’t you worry, Cask Night at the Brewpub is held the first Wednesday of every single month so we’d be thrilled to have you join us on April 4, May 2, or both! We’d actually love it if you blocked out every first Wednesday for Cask Night at The Bewpub! The Brewpub is located at 5602 232nd Street SW #106 in Mountlake Terrace, Washington. 

Cask-Conditioned, You Say?

The beer we serve on Cask Night is cask-conditioned, meaning its unfiltered, unpasteurized and, you guessed it, served from a cask! Cask ale is served without any additional carbon dioxide or nitrogen pressure. Our March Cask Night will feature our brewer’s favorite Slane’s Irish Style Red Ale as an ode to the Feast of Saint Patrick. Cask conditioning this Red Ale will serve to bring out distinct caramel malt flavors and a touch of roastiness while mellowing the finish of the classic Spring-time release.

Check Out Randall Night, Too! 

Cask Night isn’t the only event we hold on a monthly basis, our two monthly events are actually held on back-to-back nights. Randall Night at The Alehouse is held the first Thursday of every month, with the next one coming up on March 8. Our March Randall Night will feature Troptastic infused with whole-leaf Ekuanot hops.
