IPA Rundown: Azacca & Industrial

If you’re in the mood for a good ol’ India Pale Ale, we’ve got ours perfected. Not overly hoppy, it’s the perfect marriage between hoppy and malty supported by notes of cedar and grapefruit. Looking for something a little different or dialed up? We’ve got two unique options for you. Both our Azacca IPA and Industrial IPA pack a punch that you have to try for yourself to fully appreciate.  

Industrial IPA 

If you appreciate our mildly hoppy India Pale Ale, we encourage you to kick up a notch with the Industrial version of one of our most popular bears. We’ve used way more hops in creating the full-flavored Industrial IPA, our very own moniker for what many breweries dub their Imperial or American Double IPA. Caramel and chocolate malts serve to balance out this hoppy masterpiece while giving it malty depth. The underlying foundation of our Industrial IPA is more hops, more malt and more alcohol! Not for the faint of heart, this IPA clocks in at an ABV of 7.9%. Don’t you worry, we offer the Industrial IPA on tap year-round.  

Azacca IPA  

A tropical twist on a traditional IPA, the Azacca IPA was released earlier this year. As a limited release IPA, it’s available in 22 ounce bottles and on draft. This American Style IPA features hints of papaya and mango with an ABV of 6.5%. Made from azacca hops from Moxie Washington, the Azacca IPA is a true ode to Washington. Even the label it’s wrapped in was drawn and designed by local creative talent.
