Flavor-Packed DK Menu Favorites

Our commitment to using the freshest ingredients and sourcing locally produced products wherever possible has been key in developing a stand-out lunch and dinner menu at Diamond Knot Brewing. While we think every single one of dishes is mouth-watering, we wanted to shed a spotlight on thee of our customer favorites.

Knothead Nachos

Nacho average nachos, our Knothead Nachos come topped with IPA pickled jalapenos, black olives, Porter onions, tomatoes, IPA pickled jalapenos, cilantro, sriracha aioli and house-made salsa. It may come as no surprise but we try to find ways to brew our beer into some of our menu items! Served on a bed of freshly fried tortilla chips, this cheesy masterpiece makes a great appetizer choice split amongst friends but also holds its own as a stand-alone entree. Protein can be added in the form of our signature steak and stout chili, porter pulled pork, roasted chicken or diced red hot link.

Garlic BBQ Beef Hot Rock Sandwich

If you’re unfamiliar with hot rock cooking, you’re in for a surprise when we serve up your garlic BBQ beef hot rock sandwich. Served raw, thinly sliced sirloin comes served on a granite rock heated up to 750 degrees. You’ll cook the sirloin to your preference and pop it on a locally baked grain hoagie. The garlic BBQ hot rock sandwich comes with roasted garlic, sharp cheddar and porter onions that have been smothered in our apricot Porter BBQ sauce. You’ll have to make a tough choice between vinegar slaw, fries or tots for your side.

Brewpub Peanut Butter Bacon Burger

All of our Brewpub burgers use fresh 100% Northwest beef. Served up on a locally baked cheese onion Kaiser bun, one of our favorite burgers comes topped with creamy peanut butter, hardwood smoked bacon, grilled bell peppers, pickled red onions and sriracha aioli. You can play around with this menu item to meet dietary restrictions and preferences with the option of gluten-free buns, vegan black bean patties and turkey burgers.
