Spooktacular Beer Night at The Alehouse

Our next Knot Our Average Beer Night at The Alehouse is just around the bend. In an ode to one of our favorite holidays, we knew we had to infuse a bit of spooky Halloween spirit into this monthly event. Whether you’re a fan of fright or not, you’re sure to appreciate the Halloween inspired beer we’ll be pouring on Thursday, October 25.

Fog Bank Fall Ale

The Fog Bank Fall Ale pours a deep reddish amber color, making it the perfect candidate for our Halloween experiment. Since we consider this our quintessential fall ale, it’s only fitting that we selected the Fog Bank Fall Ale for October’s Knot Our Average Beer Night. Inspired by a Märzen ale, this brew packs respectable levels of malt and features toasty caramel notes. When creating this Fall favorite, we brewed it with ale yeast rather than lager yeast, thIs nuance is what lends to that deep flavor we all know and appreciate.

Halloween Spirit

While it won’t give you the heebie-jeebies, we can assure you that you’ll get into the Halloween spirit with a single sip of our candy corn infused Fog Bank Fall Ale. Join us for Knot Our Average Beer Night, Halloween Edition this Thursday! If candy and costumes aren’t quite your speed, we’re hoping our spooky inspired brew is. Our quintessential fall brew already hints at toffee notes, which partner perfectly with the vanilla and caramelized sugars that candy corn contributes.
