Raise a Tasting Glass with the Diamond Knot Team at Belgian Fest
We’re one of 40 breweries in Washington participating in the 9th Annual Belgian Fest in Seattle this weekend! Come join us in raising a tasting glass as we celebrate all things Belgian. Featuring over 100 Belgian-style beers crafted by breweries throughout the state of Washington, this is the perfect opportunity to sample a wide range of offerings while supporting local breweries. All of the beer offerings are brewed with, you guessed it, imported Belgian yeast! Featured beer styles include Tripels, Dubbels, Saisons, Wits, Abbeys and Lambics. No proper festival would be complete without savory food to enjoy. Bread and Circuses, Dante’s Inferno Dogs, Hallava Street Food and The Brewmaster’s Bakery are serving up all sorts of delicacies.
DK Offerings
Staying true to the beer styles featured, we have a saison, a tripel and a dubbel style beer in our Belgian Fest line-up! The Captain Henry’s Triple has a characteristically spicy flavor and is brewed with cranberries, cinnamon and allspice. Originally brewed in Belgium, the Dubbel is a strong dark brown beer offering. Our version, the “Rum-spice” Dubbel is brewed with “rum” spices, raisins and dried plums, with an ABV of 7.7%. It has a rich taste we know you’ll appreciate. We highly encourage you to try our Imperial Saison, aged in Copperworks Northwest gin barrels with an ABV of 7.8%.
